To use custom jars with Multicraft through VA Hosting LLC, you will need to upload your custom jar to your current working directory and rename it to match the current jar file in the directory. You will need to rename or delete the current jar file in that directory before you rename your custom jar.
In this tutorial we will use Spigot 1.12 (you can use any server type, however it is not recommend to use bungeecord due to the differences in the startup config file).
1. Log into your Multicraft account: https://cp.vahosting.net
2. Stop the server and set the JAR File to Spigot 1.12, be sure to save.
3. Start and stop the server to allow Multicraft to generate the files.
4. Go to Files > FTP File Access, Log in with your Multicraft password.
5. Click on Server_Spigot folder
6. Click Upload > Choose file, select your custom jar from your computer and click Submit.
If the upload fails, you will need to upload with an ftp program like FileZilla.
Check this link for information on accessing your files using FileZilla:

7. Rename or delete the current Server_Spigot_1.12.jar file in the Server_Spigot Folder.
8. Rename your custom jar to Server_Spigot_1.12.jar
9. Start your server
