It is with a heavy heart that, after 9 years, We announce that VA Hosting LLC will be closing by December of this year. This is not a decision that we made lightly, there were many events that happened in the last 2 years that lead to this decision.
During the closing, we will need to move servers around, your server will maintain the same functionality if staying within the same line, however your IP address will change if the server is moved. We will at some point need to close down the Premium machines, when that happens, we will move your server to one of the basic machines. If your server is moved from Premium to Basic, your server cost will adjust to the new pricing. TeamSpeak servers will be migrated to the Dallas TX machines. If you cannot connect to your server, TeamSpeak or Minecraft, check your Panel or the Billing area to see if your IP address has changed.
If you have a domain name with us, it will need to be transferred to a new domain provider. If you need help with this, let us know.
You will have until the end of December or the end of your billing cycle, which ever comes first, to download any files you would like to keep from the servers before everything is deleted.
Many of you have been with us for years, and I will miss working with you.
